Return Process

  Log into your Nilkamal Edge account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.

  Our logistics partner will schedule a visit to inspect the furniture for any damages and ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags intact.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once the inspection is successful, we will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final verification, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
